Job Description

Nous recrutons, pour renforcer notre agence à RENNES, un :

Chef d'équipe / Chef de chantier Bardeur (H/F)

Rattaché au conducteur de travaux, vous pilotez votre équipe de bardeurs du chantier (équipe de 2 à 4 ouvriers, voire plusieurs équipes pour un chef de chantier).

Vous êtes garant de la sécurité et de la qualité de l'intervention.

En ce sens, les compétences requises sont :

  • Autonomie
  • Lecture des plans et carnets de détails
  • Implantation des ouvrages (maîtrise de l'utilisation du laser)
  • Pose de bardage simple peau, double peau, sur charpente ou maçonnerie, compris ossature secondaire, isolation etc..
  • Tout type de bardage : bardage nervuré, vertical ou horizontal, lames, cassettes, TRESPA, bois etc…
  • Réalisation des finitions (jambages, pièces d'appui, linteaux, angles, contre-bardage etc...)
  • Gestion d'une équipe de compagnons

Vous êtes titulaire du permis B et des CACES chariot et nacelle. Le permis E est un plus.

Votre rémunération comprendra :

  • Salaire
  • Prime de gratification de 13ème mois
  • Frais de déplacement et panier (conforme à la grille du Bâtiment)
  • Prime de rendement de chantier
  • Prime de participation aux résultats de l'entreprise (PEE - Plan d'Epargne Entreprise)
  • Les chefs d'équipe ont la possibilité de rentrer chez eux avec le fourgon de l'entreprise dont ils sont responsables.

Horaires : 35h annualisées, soit 151.67h/mois en moyenne (7h/ jour en hiver ; 8h/jour en été ; 1 jour "non travaillé" par mois environ)

Statut Ouvrier, niveau N3-P2 à N4-P2.
