Job Description

Au sein de notre filiale spécialisée dans les solutions de désenfumage architectural, nous recherchons un Leader d'îlot Débit (H/F). Le poste est à pourvoir sur son site de Héricourt.

En tant que Leader d’îlot Débit, vous êtes le référent technique de votre secteur.

Vous accompagnez les opérateurs dans les opérations de débit et de préparation mécanique des profils métalliques destinés à nos systèmes de désenfumage. Vous veillez à la performance, à la qualité et au respect des plannings de production, tout en garantissant la sécurité et la conformité des procédés.

Vos missions principales :

  • Participer aux opérations de débit et de préparation mécanique des profils métalliques (sciage, perçage, usinage…).
  • Former et accompagner les opérateurs de l’îlot : tutorat des nouveaux arrivants, suivi des contrôles qualité et traçabilité.
  • Être l’appui technique du secteur : analyser les problématiques mécaniques, proposer des solutions ou les transmettre aux services compétents.
  • Garantir le respect des règles de sécurité, notamment liées à l’utilisation des machines de débit et au port des EPI.
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue (5S, optimisation des modes opératoires, standardisation des pratiques).
  • Veiller à la stricte application des procédures qualité et sécurité, à la propreté et au rangement de l’environnement de travail.
  • Participer aux inventaires et assurer la conformité des équipements de débit.

Le profil recherché :

Vous êtes un professionnel du secteur industriel, doté de solides compétences en mécanique et opérations de débit sur profils métalliques. Vous maîtrisez la lecture de plans et savez utiliser les équipements de coupe, perçage et usinage avec rigueur et précision.

Votre sens de l’organisation et votre exemplarité font de vous un référent technique fiable, capable de transmettre vos connaissances et d’accompagner les opérateurs dans leur montée en compétences. Vous savez instaurer un climat de confiance, grâce à votre pédagogie et votre diplomatie.

Autonome et force de proposition, vous aimez contribuer à l’amélioration continue des procédés et êtes orienté vers les résultats. Votre esprit d’équipe et votre capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les différents services de l’entreprise vous permettent de jouer un rôle clé dans la performance collective.

Enfin, vous êtes reconnu pour votre rigueur en matière de sécurité et de qualité, et vous veillez à ce que les règles soient respectées et appliquées au quotidien.
