Quelles seront les missions ?

Directement rattaché au Chef des ventes GSB, les commerciaux GSB se partagent le territoire français en fonction des actions commerciales. La taille des secteurs se réduira en fonction du développement de l’activité et du renforcement de l’équipe.

Sur la base des accords-cadres signés avec les centrales d’achats des enseignes de la GSB, vous êtes en charge de :

  • Réaliser le suivi commercial de la clientèle selon les objectifs commerciaux définis par la politique commerciale GSB.
  • Prospecter les GSB de sa zone afin de présenter et de vendre les gammes de produits Soprema référencés, avec un objectif de détention numérique optimale et de positionnement qualitatif.
  • Assurer le suivi des stocks et les formations nécessaires aux équipes des distributeurs.
  • Effectuer une veille concurrentielle.
  • Mettre en place des actions promotionnelles pour rythmer les ventes
  • Partager régulièrement les infos de son secteur avec l’équipe

Ce que nous recherchons chez notre futur Commercial GSB?

Nous recherchons un candidat possédant idéalement une formation commerciale, fort d’une expérience d'une dizaine d'année dont au moins une expérience probante dans la vente à la GSB et ayant déjà géré un secteur nécessitant des déplacements à la semaine.

Vous êtes autonome et avez un sens de l’organisation suffisamment développé pour pouvoir travailler en Home Office.

Vos qualités commerciales (écoute, persuasion, conclusion), votre engagement et votre goût pour la vente de produits techniques est un réel atout pour une complète réussite dans ce poste.

Rémunération avantageuse, véhicule de fonction et outils de communication seront mis à disposition.
