Notre usine d'étanchéité liquide de Strasbourg recherche un Conducteur de ligne (H/F).

Quelles seront vos missions ?

Le conducteur de ligne a pour mission d’assurer la production sur la ligne :

  • Prendre connaissance de façon journalière du planning de production avec le chef d’équipe
  • S’assurer de la disponibilité des matières premières et veille à l'approvisionnement de la machine
  • Assurer la meilleure productivité possible en limitant les arrêts de production en nombre et en durée
  • Assurer la meilleure optimisation des MP dans le respect des tolérances qualité
  • Signaler au plus tôt les défaillances techniques, participer à leur élimination et proposer des modifications ou améliorations techniques
  • Assurer la maintenance de premier niveau (en partenariat avec la maintenance)
  • S’assurer de la justesse et de la remontée des informations (données de production, gestion des incidents RH, ...)
  • Réaliser les tests qualités liés à sa production et faire les ajustements si nécessaire (en partenariat avec la qualité)
  • Former et intégrer les nouveaux membres de son équipe
  • Communiquer de manière ascendante et descendante
  • Participer à des projets (amélioration, productivité, sécurité, …)
  • Assure toutes tâches découlant des nécessités de l'exploitation, ou imposées par l’absence d’un des équipiers
  • Organiser, en l'absence du chef d'équipe, et suivant les nécessités, la répartition des tâches de ses équipiers
  • S'assurer du respect des recettes, des poids et des ingrédients
  • Assurer le nettoyage

Ce que nous recherchons :

Vous avez une expérience de 5 ans minimum sur un poste de Conducteur ou d'Aide conducteur de production, en environnement industriel, idéalement dans le milieu de la Chimie, de l'alimentaire ou de la pharmaceutique.

Vous avez des connaissances en informatique et êtes à l'aise avec l'outil.

Vous savez faire preuve d’une attention constante pour préserver la sécurité des personnes qui évoluent dans votre environnement.

Vous faites preuve de rigueur et vous apportez une importance particulière à la qualité de votre travail.
