Job Description

Notre filiale SNPR recrute, pour son agence proche de RENNES, un :

Conducteur de travaux étanchéité (H/F) pour son activité de service

SNPR Services est un secteur dédié aux interventions d’urgence, à l’entretien et aux travaux relatifs aux toitures terrasses et à la couverture des bâtiments.

Homme de terrain, vous contrôlez toutes les étapes des chantiers de l’étude du dossier jusqu’à la réception des travaux. Vos missions sont les suivantes :

  • Développer de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires sur votre secteur, réponses aux demandes, réalisation des devis
  • Vous effectuez les démarches administratives et techniques dans la gestion des chantiers
  • Vous assurez le suivi commercial, le management des interventions, la gestion financière des travaux et organisez les approvisionnements en matériels
  • Vous êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié des clients, des fournisseurs

De formation minimum Bac+2 (DUT Génie Civil ou BTS Bâtiment), vous bénéficiez d’une expérience professionnelle réussie dans les métiers de la couverture, de l’étanchéité ou du bardage.

Vous avez le goût du travail bien fait, la fibre commerciale et une forte aisance relationnelle. Vous êtes reconnu pour votre capacité à travailler en équipe et savez faire preuve de pédagogie dans l'accompagnement de vos collaborateurs. Vous maitrisez parfaitement l'outil informatique (Pack Office).

Fourchette salariale proposée de 30K à 35K annuel brut (selon profil) et avantages liés au poste (véhicule…).
