Job Description

Rattaché au Responsable Achats et Actifs Informatiques Europe – Service Achats IT, le Gestionnaire Achats IT & Gestion des Actifs Informatiques a pour mission principale d'assurer la gestion des achats informatiques et du parc IT afin de garantir la disponibilité des équipements, la conformité des licences et la fiabilité des données d’inventaire.

Quelles seront vos missions ?

  • Gérer les demandes d'achat, devis, commande et livraison
  • Utilisation d'outils de ticketing ITSM pour le passage de commande et la résolutions de problèmes liés aux achats informatiques
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des achats (devis, réception, factures, litiges, reporting)
  • Emettre les commandes dans le respect des contras cadres et des procédures internes
  • Maintenir à jour l'inventaire matériel et logiciel
  • Assurer la traçabilité des actifs via les numéros de série
  • Participer aux campagne d'inventaire physique
  • Suivre le cycle de vie des équipements et des licences
  • Gérer les contrats de maintenance et de support
  • Contribuer aux audits de conformité logicielle
  • Coordonner les échanges entre les équipes IT, Achats, Finance, et les fournisseurs
  • Apporter une expertise sur les catalogues matériels et les standards informatiques

Ce que nous recherchons :

De formation Bac +2 à Bac +5 dans le domaine de l'informatique, de l'achats ou de la gestion, vous avez une première expérience réussie à un poste similaire.

Vous avez une bonne compréhension des environnement informatiques d'entreprise, notamment avec Microsoft Windows.

Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques et de reporting.

Rigueur, réactivité, sens de l'organisation et une bonne gestion des priorités sont des atouts indispensables pour occuper ce poste.

L'aisance relationnelle et l'esprit d'analyse sont également des points essentiels pour ce poste.
