Nous recrutons, au sein de notre agence travaux à STRASBOURG (67), dans le cadre du remplacement d’un départ à la retraite, un :

Gestionnaire RH Ouvriers (H/F) en CDI

Sous la responsabilité de la Direction, vous rejoignez une équipe à taille humaine et aurez en charge les tâches administratives du personnel ouvrier de l’agence.

A ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Etablissement des contrats de travail pour les ouvriers, et des soldes de tout compte
  • Envoi des éléments variables de paie du personnel non-cadre au siège
  • Gestion des acomptes
  • Saisie des heures intérim et main d’œuvre
  • Gestion des intérimaires (besoins, contrats, suivi de facturation)
  • Suivi des arrêts maladie ouvriers, transmission des attestations de salaires – suivi des remboursements organismes sociaux
  • Déclaration des accidents de travail
  • Suvi des rendez-vous médecine du travail

Poste à pourvoir en CDI, 39h/semaine (pas de RTT, les heures supplémentaires sont défiscalisées). Poste 100% en présentiel. Fourchette de rémunération indicative autour de 2300-2600€ bruts/mois.

Issu d’une formation minimum BAC+2 en Ressources Humaines, vous justifiez d’une première expérience réussie à une fonction similaire.

Vous maitrisez les outils informatiques (ERP, Word, Excel).

La capacité d’adaptation, l’organisation, l’autonomie et le sens du service sont de réels atouts pour occuper ce poste.
