Notre usine spécialisée dans la fabrication de systèmes d'isolation à base de fibre de bois PAVAFRANCE recherche un Responsable de Production Adjoint (H/F)

Rattaché au Responsable d'Exploitation adjoint, vous l'assistez au quotidien dans la gestion opérationnelle, humaine et technique de l'activité de production d'un de nos ateliers, et assurez sa suppléance en cas d'absence selon vos compétences.

Vos missions principales :

  • - Veiller au respect et à l'application des règles de sécurité du site, tout en garantissant l'atteinte des résultats et objectifs de production.
  • - Adopter et promouvoir un comportement exemplaire en matière de sécurité, de discipline et de professionnalisme.
  • - Garantir la conformité des produits fabriqués aux normes ISO, ACERMI et CE.
  • - Participer à la rédaction, à la mise à jour et au déploiement des instructions, procédures et documents associés.
  • - Assurer le renseignement et le suivi des indicateurs de production (sécurité, qualité, quantités, rebuts, incidents, GPAO/AS400).
  • - Appliquer et faire appliquer les procédures qualité en vigueur.
  • - Manager les équipes de production Pava1 en assurant un management de proximité.
  • - Communiquer efficacement les informations nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l'atelier et favoriser le partage entre les équipes.
  • - Animer les réunions du service production (résultats, objectifs, plans d'actions, priorités).
  • - Assurer le suivi et le développement des compétences des collaborateurs (formations obligatoires et sensibilisations, entretiens individuels, polyvalence et matrice de compétences, plans d'intégration, positionnement annuel des collaborateurs).
  • - Analyser les dysfonctionnements, aléas et défaillances de production, proposer des actions correctives et en assurer la mise en oeuvre sur le terrain.
  • - Organiser et suivre la planification de la maintenance de premier niveau.
  • - Superviser les arrêts hebdomadaires de production ainsi que les Grands Entretiens.
  • - Gérer le planning du personnel et assurer le suivi RH : badgeages, congés, absences, remplacements, heures supplémentaires et retours nettoyage.
  • - Assurer le suivi, le réapprovisionnement et la gestion des outillages et consommables dans le respect des budgets alloués.
  • - Garantir le suivi des stocks en l'absence de l'approvisionneur.
  • - Réaliser les inventaires mensuels des consommables et des matières premières de production.
  • Le profil :

Manager de proximité vous savez fédérer les équipes, accompagner le changement et créer une dynamique collective positive et orientée résultats.

Vous disposez d'une solide expérience en environnement industriel et en management d'équipes de production. Vous maîtrisez les process industriels (idéalement feu continu), les outils d'amélioration continue et les exigences liées à la sécurité, la qualité et la performance. Doté d'un bon relationnel, vous savez piloter les indicateurs et formaliser procédures et plans d'actions.

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac +2 minimum et justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience significative sur un poste similaire. Une expérience en maintenance industrielle constitue un atout. Le poste est proposé en forfait 40 heures hebdomadaires.
