Job Description

Rattaché au Responsable Maintenance du site, vous intervenez dans la pérennisation et le développement de la performance de l'outil de production.

Vos missions principales sont les suivantes :

  • Effectue et encadre les interventions curatives (mécanique, hydraulique, pneumatique, automatisme, électrique...) tout en limitant le temps d'arrêt de l’installation ;
  • Effectue et organise les interventions préventives des équipements techniques du site ;
  • Effectue et organise la préparation ou la remise en état de sous-ensembles mécaniques, électriques, pneumatiques et hydrauliques ;
  • Est garant du suivi des plannings d'entretien de l'AMDEC et du suivi du stock de pièces de rechange ;
  • Est garant du suivi des plannings de vérifications périodiques ;
  • Est force de propositions dans les améliorations sur les équipements et installations du site ;
  • Prend en charge le poste "achat de pièces et fournitures industrielles" ;
  • Est le garant du bon niveau de propreté de l'usine.

Technicien maintenance industrielle, vous avez une solide connaissance de l'outil de production (mécanique, hydraulique, pneumatique, automatisme, électrique...) et vous bénéficiez d'une expérience réussie de plusieurs années (5 ans minimum exigés) en milieu industriel. De plus, vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques (Word, Excel, AS400). Pratiquer l'anglais serait un plus.

Esprit de synthèse, bonnes connaissances techniques, dynamisme, intérêt multi horizon, autonomie et esprit d'équipe sont vos atouts majeurs.
