Consultor(a) de Ventas Soluciones de Cuidado al Paciente (Hospitalaria)

En Smart Option Search Inc. estamos en busca de un(a) Consultor(a) de Ventas de Soluciones de Cuidado al Paciente (PCS), responsable de desarrollar, mantener y fortalecer relaciones comerciales dentro del segmento hospitalario. Esta posición es clave para promover y vender equipos y productos innovadores de cuidado al paciente, identificando nuevas oportunidades de negocio y contribuyendo al crecimiento estratégico de la organización.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Gestionar una cartera de clientes hospitalarios, ofreciendo asesoría técnica y comercial personalizada.
  • Planificar y ejecutar visitas, presentaciones y demostraciones de productos en su territorio asignado.
  • Elaborar cotizaciones, realizar seguimiento de propuestas y cerrar acuerdos comerciales.
  • Analizar resultados de ventas e identificar oportunidades de desarrollo en cuentas existentes.
  • Cumplir con las metas mensuales y contribuir al fortalecimiento de la presencia de la marca en el mercado.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con equipos internos de servicio, aplicaciones y administración para asegurar una experiencia de cliente excepcional.

Requisitos:

  • Al menos dos años de experiencia en ventas de equipos médicos, soluciones de cuidado al paciente (PCS) o tecnología similar.
  • Estudios universitarios en Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado (mínimo dos años).
  • Licencia de conducir vigente y disponibilidad para viajar dentro del territorio asignado.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y presentación.
  • Dominio de herramientas de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Orientación a resultados, atención al detalle y actitud proactiva.
  • Buen entendimiento del idioma inglés.
