DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES DEL PUESTO

  • Llevar a cabo la instalación de los equipos de ultrasonido y PCS que vende la compañía.
  • Calibrar y certificar los equipos, según sea necesario y de conformidad con las especificaciones de cada suplidor.
  • Realizar un diagnóstico de los equipos y reparar los mismos de acuerdo con los estándares del
  • manufacturero. Llevar a cabo las labores de mantenimiento y servicio de los equipos, según asignados.
  • Comunicarse con el cliente, antes de salir a dar el servicio, para evaluar si el problema se soluciona con apoyo remoto o si es necesario visitar al cliente.
  • Mantener actualizado su inventario de piezas y herramientas asignadas para poder llevar a cabo los servicios.
  • Preparar un reporte diario sobre los diagnósticos y servicios realizados.
  • Completar en todas sus partes la Hoja de servicio incluyendo, pero sin limitarse a, servicio ofrecido, pieza utilizadas, entre otros.
  • Entregar al cliente la Hoja de servicio por correo electrónico, antes de irse de la instalación donde brindó el servicio.
  • Asistir en las reparaciones y las certificaciones de los equipos recibidos en el taller.
  • Apoyar a compañeros de trabajo en reparaciones y/o instalaciones de equipos según la necesidad operacional.
  • Cubrir los períodos de guardia que le sean asignados.
  • Cumplir de manera cabal y consiste las políticas y procedimientos del departamento y de la empresa según publicados en el presente o sean promulgados en el futuro, incluyendo, pero sin limitarse al Manual del empleado y Manual de procedimientos de Servicios Técnicos.
  • Aportar activamente al mantenimiento de la misión y al logro de la visión de la compañía; y ejemplificar con su desempeño y conducta la filosofía de la cultura de eficiencia, los valores y los principios de un servicio al cliente interno y externo de la más alta calidad.

PREPARACIÓN ACADÉMICA 1. Bachillerato en Ciencias de Computadoras, Sistemas de Información, o campo similar, o Grado Asociado en reparación de equipo biomédico o equivalente.

  • EXPERIENCIA PROFESIONAL . Experiencia mínima de dos años en un puesto similar o . Experiencia mínima de un año como Técnico de Base.

OTROS REQUISITOS Licencia de conducir y pasaporte, vigentes.
