Description du poste

Afin de renforcer notre équipe en Calculation-Vente du département Charpente (ouvrages d'art / ponts / passerelles / bâtiments), nous recherchons un calculateur (H/F), dont la mission sera d'estimer et chiffrer les projets, en assurant les tâches principales suivantes :

  • Evaluer les projets en phase d'acquisition, en étroite collaboration avec la direction
  • Calculer des offres
  • Proposer des solutions innovantes et sur mesure
  • Evaluer la possibilité et concevoir les optimisations ou variantes
  • Constituer les dossiers d'offres de marchés publics
  • Effectuer les appels d'offres aux fournisseurs, en collaboration avec le département achats
  • Négocier avec les clients

Qualifications

Pour relever ce défi, vous êtes reconnu/e pour vos compétences sociales et votre sens du contact développé, à l'interne comme à l'externe. Dans cette position stratégique entre le secteur commercial et la gestion de projet, vous êtes capable de conserver une vue d'ensemble, en tenant compte de tous les processus impliqués dans l'affaire (réalisation technique, matières, heures de production, montage,...). Vous savez synthétiser l'information et l'exposer de manière claire et concise lors des séances d'offres avec la direction. Résolument positif/ve, vous possédez un esprit logique et critique et savez vous montrer convaincant/e pour défendre vos idées et les intérêts de l'entreprise.

Afin d'assurer le rôle technique du poste, vous possédez les caractéristiques suivantes:

  • Vous êtes spécialiste de la construction en charpente métallique avec expérience en ouvrages d’art.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur civil ou formation équivalente.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques usuels, notamment Excel.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise dans les logiciels de dessin 2D/3D (Tekla, BoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, ...).
  • Vous pouvez vous exprimer en français et/ou en allemand. L'italien est un atout.
