Description du poste

Rattaché(e) aux équipes internes (Vente, Projets, Achats, Comptabilité), vous jouez un rôle central dans la gestion, la sécurisation et l’optimisation des engagements contractuels de l’entreprise.

Vous assurez la gestion complète du cycle de vie des contrats (clients, fournisseurs, sous-traitants), depuis leur rédaction jusqu’à leur archivage, en garantissant leur conformité légale, réglementaire et opérationnelle.

À ce titre, vos missions principales sont notamment :

  • Gérer le flux, le statut et le suivi des contrats dans le CRM
  • Vérifier la conformité juridique et réglementaire des contrats (normes SIA, CO, droit de la construction, etc.)
  • Participer à la rédaction, la revue et la négociation des contrats et clauses spécifiques
  • Coordonner les processus de validation et de signature (y compris signature électronique)
  • Assurer le suivi des échéances contractuelles clés (validité, reconductions, garanties, levées de réserves)
  • Maintenir et faire évoluer les modèles contractuels, templates et procédures internes
  • Conseiller les départements internes sur les aspects contractuels, financiers, techniques et opérationnels
  • Appuyer les équipes dans la gestion des risques, réclamations et litiges contractuels
  • Assurer une veille juridique et garantir une organisation documentaire fiable et conforme
  • Définir et suivre les indicateurs de performance contractuelle (KPI) afin d’améliorer les processus et la satisfaction interne
  • Sensibiliser et former les équipes aux enjeux contractuels liés à leurs activités

Qualifications

Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) au bénéfice d’une formation juridique ou d’une solide expérience en gestion contractuelle. Une bonne connaissance du milieu de la construction est un atout, tout comme la maîtrise des normes SIA et du Code des obligations (CO).

Vous disposez d’excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et analytiques et êtes à l’aise avec les outils digitaux (CRM, suivi contractuel, signature électronique, workflows, templates). Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et fiable, vous communiquez avec aisance, collaborez efficacement en transverse et savez négocier, anticiper les risques et gérer des situations sensibles avec pragmatisme et esprit d’équipe.
