Stellenbeschreibung

Für unser technisches Büro im Sektor Stahlbau - mit Sitz in Bulle (FR), Denges (VD), Nyon (VD), Lyss (BE) oder Arlesheim (BL) suchen wir eine/n deutschsprachige/n Projektleiter/in. In Zusammenarbeit mit Technikern, Werkstätten, Montage und Support sind die Hauptaufgaben folgende:

  • Projektmanagement (Erstellung von Zeitplänen, Überwachung des Fortschritts und der Ressourcenplanung, Budgetverfolgung, Vertrags- und Finanzmanagement)
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens und Gespräche mit Kunden und Vertreter
  • Technische Entwicklung (Konstruktion und Dimensionierung von Tragwerken, Entwurf und Dimensionierung von Verbindungselementen, Überwachung und Kontrolle von Ausführungsplänen, Qualitätssicherung, Sicherheits- und Umweltaspekte)
  • Statische Berechnungen
  • Materialbeschaffungsanfragen und Produktionsanlauf
  • Montagevorbereitung und Baustellenüberwachung

Qualifikationen

Um Ihre Projekte selbstständig, effizient und erfolgreich abzuschließen, verfügen Sie über:

  • Technischen Hintergrund und nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Stahlbau (Ingenieurbauwerke: Brücken, Fußgängerbrücken, Gebäude, Sportanlagen usw.)
  • Ausbildung im Bauingenieurwesen oder gleichwertige
  • Gute Kenntnisse der aktuellen technischen und sicherheitsrelevanten Normen
  • Führungsqualitäten, Reaktionsvermögen und Weitsicht, die für die Leitung eines Projektteams und die enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen internen und externen Beteiligten erforderlich sind
  • Kreativität und Pragmatismus sind erforderlich, um ein Projekt ausgewogen und selbstständig zu leiten.
  • Die Fähigkeit, sich in Deutsch und Französisch mündlich sowie schriftlich auszudrücken ist unerlässlich.
