1. Soul Agent 工具建设：负责 Soul Agent 工具与平台能力的产品规划和落地，从场景挖掘、需求拆解、交互设计到效果验证，持续优化工具接入、任务执行与人机协作体验。 2. SkillHub 与 Skill 质量建设：负责 SkillHub 的产品设计，完善 Skill 的开发规范、测试验收、发布分发、搜索发现和版本管理机制，推动优质 Skill 沉淀、复用与持续迭代。 3. Agent 评测体系建设：围绕真实业务任务建设评测集、质量标准和回归机制，综合衡量任务完成率、结果质量、耗时与成本；结合用户反馈和失败案例，推动 Prompt、Skill、工具及工作流改进。 4. 全局知识库与上下文建设：负责知识接入、组织、检索、更新与权限管理的产品设计，完善用户、项目和任务上下文及记忆机制，让 Agent 在合适的时机获取准确、必要的信息。 5. 技术布道与应用推广：面向业务和技术团队，通过产品演示、实战培训、工作坊和最佳实践分享，讲清 Agent 的能力、边界与使用方法；挖掘标杆场景，培养核心用户和共建者，推动工具与 Skill 的规模化使用。 6. 跨团队协作与效果闭环：与研发、算法及业务团队紧密协作，管理需求优先级和交付节奏，持续跟踪使用覆盖、用户留存、任务效果和实际效率收益，对产品落地效果负责。

1. 具备 AI 产品、开发者工具或平台型产品相关经验，有从需求发现到上线迭代的完整实践；计算机、软件工程等相关背景优先。 2. 理解大模型与 Agent 的基本工作机制，熟悉 Prompt、Tool Calling、Skill、RAG、Context Window 和记忆等概念，能够将技术能力转化为清晰、可用的产品方案。 3. 具备较强的动手能力，能够独立编写和调试 Prompt、搭建 Skill 或 Agent 工作流，完成原型和初步效果验证；能够结合执行记录分析问题，并与研发共同定位原因。 4. 具备质量意识与数据分析能力，能够设计评测用例、验收标准和效果指标，关注真实任务表现，持续推动问题闭环。 5. 具备清晰的表达、演示和组织能力，能面向不同技术背景的用户讲解复杂概念，愿意深入业务现场，通过培训、案例和用户共建推动新工具落地。 6. 对 AI 产品保持持续关注和主动实践，具备用户同理心、跨团队协作能力与结果意识，能够在需求和技术快速变化的环境中推进工作。 加分项 - 有 Agent 平台、Skill/MCP 生态、企业知识库、评测平台或开发者社区建设经验。 - 能使用 Python、JavaScript 或 API 完成简单原型、数据分析与工具集成。 - 有技术分享、开源贡献、教程创作或企业内部 AI 推广经验，能提供具体作品及应用效果
