1、全日制硕士及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握Python/Pytorch/Deepseed/swift开发，具备优秀的编码能力，扎实的数据结构和算法功底； 3、熟练掌握cursor/codex等AI coding工具，熟悉Agent构建流程，并能实际应用到工作中提效； 4、熟悉常见的MLLM、强化学习等技术，有用户和内容理解、搜索、推荐相关经验； 5、自驱力和学习能力强，积极乐观，具备较强的团队合作精神。
