岗位介绍 我们致力于 AI 语音、数字人及实时音视频技术的产品化与商业化。目前产品涵盖语音与变声服务、数字人生成及实时视频通话等能力，通过 API、企业级 SDK 和端侧服务等形式面向客户。我们正在寻找一位具备客户开发能力、技术理解能力和执行力的商务拓展伙伴。你将直接与创始人及产品、技术团队合作，从识别目标客户、主动建联，到产品介绍、客户验证、商务签约及上线后的持续跟进，推动客户从了解产品走向付费使用。

1. 目标客户识别与开发：结合产品能力和应用场景，协同团队明确并持续验证目标客户画像（ICP），建立重点客户名单，主动建联客户的产品、技术及业务决策人，挖掘合作机会。 2. 需求沟通与产品介绍：了解客户业务场景、现有方案及核心诉求，独立开展产品介绍和演示，清晰传达产品能力、应用价值、合作方式及计费模式，识别有效商机。 3. 客户验证与方案推进：根据客户需求，协同产品及技术团队确定合适的产品和接入方案，推动试用、效果测试及技术验证，明确评估标准和推进计划。 4. 商务谈判与成交：负责报价、商务沟通、合同签署及回款跟进，协调内外部资源，推动客户从意向合作转化为正式付费。 5. 客户上线与持续合作：跟进客户接入、部署及上线后的使用情况，协调解决问题，推动客户持续使用，挖掘用量增长、续费、增购及合作拓展机会。 6. 客户反馈与经验沉淀：维护客户及商机记录，反馈共性需求，协助判断标准产品与定制需求的边界，沉淀客户案例、销售材料及可复用的合作方案。 任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，3 年以上 AI、企业软件、云服务、开发者工具或相关技术型产品的商务拓展、销售经验，优秀者可适当放宽。 2. 有主动开发客户并推进成交的完整经历，能够亲自完成客户筛选、首次触达、需求沟通、商务谈判及持续跟进。 3. 具备良好的技术理解和学习能力，能够理解 API、SDK、云端及端侧部署等基本概念，与客户产品及研发人员有效沟通，将技术能力转化为清晰的客户价值。 4. 具备较强的需求判断和产品表达能力，能够识别客户的真实需求、决策流程及合作条件，合理管理客户预期。 5. 执行力强，做事有条理，能够同时推进多个客户，主动协调资源，对推进节奏、关键事项及结果负责。 6. 适应早期业务阶段，愿意亲自开展客户开发和跟进工作，具备结果意识，关注付费转化、客户实际使用及收入增长。 加分项 1. 有智能语音、数字人、实时音视频、视频编辑或生成式 AI 相关产品的商业化经验。 2. 熟悉外呼、直播、游戏、社交娱乐、内容创作或智能硬件等领域的客户需求与业务场景。 3. 有 API、SDK、开发者服务或企业技术解决方案的销售经验。 4. 有推动客户从首次接触、产品验证到签约上线及持续付费的成功案例。 5. 有早期创业公司或新业务从 0 到 1 开发客户的经历，或具备产品、解决方案、技术背景。 6. 具备海外客户开发经验或良好的英文商务沟通能力。
