1、本科及以上学历，3年以上C端互联网产品经验，有深度参与语音社交、泛娱乐平台或AI互动类产品的规划与迭代经验者优先。 2、具备系统的产品思维能力，在成熟产品中持续优化关键模块。 3、了解AIGC技术基本能力边界，有与AI角色、内容生成、语义理解等相关产品功能的实操经验优先。 4、具备敏锐的用户洞察力，熟悉年轻人社交行为与表达偏好，关注情绪驱动与产品体验细节。 5、逻辑严谨，沟通协作能力强，具备良好的数据分析能力。
