1、负责用户画像体系的建设与优化，包括但不限于基础属性、兴趣偏好、行为习惯等多维标签的挖掘与建模； 2、构建用户标签生产与管理流程，推动标签在推荐、运营、投放等业务场景的落地与应用； 3、基于用户行为数据，挖掘用户生命周期中的关键特征，为个性化策略提供数据支持； 4、与算法、产品、运营等团队紧密协作，推动用户理解能力的提升与业务场景的深度融合； 5、设计并推进用户分层与分群策略，支持精细化运营与增长策略的制定与迭代。

1、统招硕士及以上学历，数学、统计学、计算机、社会学等相关专业优先； 2、2年以上用户画像、标签体系、行为分析等相关经验，有社交或内容类产品经验者优先； 3、熟悉用户画像构建方法、标签开发流程及常见用户分群模型； 4、熟练掌握SQL、Python等数据分析工具，具备基本的数据建模与特征工程能力； 5、具备良好的数据敏感度和逻辑思维能力，能独立完成从数据提取到策略输出的全流程； 6、具备较强的沟通协作能力和项目推动力，能跨团队协同完成标签体系的建设与落地； 7、有主动意识和抽象能力，善于将重复性工作系统化、自动化。
