1、负责APP品牌侧完整增长体系，通过脉冲式饱和品牌投放（梯媒、地铁、商圈、综艺、明星、全域种草、户外OOH）撬动稳定自然增量，替代单纯效果买量依赖。 2、能够区分「品牌保量广告」与「效果竞价广告」，搭建品牌增长专属流量模型，实现品牌投放长期复利。 3、 熟练使用Geo-Holdout地理对照组实验、分城市AB测，精准测算品牌投放带来的真实自然增量，剔除大盘、季节、竞品干扰，输出可复盘、可迭代的品牌增长数据结论。 4、建立品牌投放的滞后效应、长尾效应复盘体系，不唯短期即时转化，看7–30天自然流量爬坡 5、主导明星素材、综艺植入、品牌短片、情绪种草内容的商业化增长落地，将品牌内容直接转化为：品牌搜索上涨、自然下载、UGC自传播。 6、搭建小红书/抖音/B站/微博品牌种草矩阵，通过心智占领撬动免费自然流量，打造爆款品牌素材库。 7、操盘写字楼、青年公寓、校园、商圈、滨江等年轻人核心场景线下饱和投放，完成「上班-通勤-居家-休闲」全动线心智覆盖，拉动城市圈层破圈。 8、管理外部代理、媒介供应商，统一排期、统一素材、统一心智、统一实验口径。 9、持续优化「付费投放量 & 自然量」双持占比，提升自然流量占比、降低付费依赖，优化整体用户质量与LTV。 10、通过品牌手段拓宽用户画像，突破原有算法人群茧房，拉高22-26岁职场新人、下沉小镇青年等增量人群占比。 11、输出月度/季度品牌增量复盘、渠道增量效率、素材爆款模型、人群破圈模型。 12、沉淀可规模化的APP品牌增长SOP，支撑长期自然量稳定上涨。

1、5年以上互联网C端 APP或者快消品牌营销/品牌增长经验，必须有成熟APP「品牌投放拉动自然量增长」成功案例（社交/内容/工具/生活服务类优先）。 2、非纯品牌曝光、纯公关、纯内容文案背景；必须对自然新增、品牌增量、流量结构有直接操盘结果，或者对于快消类增长模型有操盘结果。 3、精通脉冲式饱和品牌投放打法，懂集中爆破、长尾发酵、节奏控量，而非零散日常投放。 4、熟练掌握Geo地理对照实验、品牌增量测算模型，能够科学区分品牌增量与效果流量干扰。 5、懂明星/综艺/内容种草/线下OOH全域联动，有「品牌内容打爆自然搜索、自然下载」实战经验。 6、极强数据能力：能看懂双持比例、自然增量、搜索指数、人群画像、留存LTV联动关系。 7、 结果导向，敢于扛「自然量增长指标」，不做虚品牌； 8、懂年轻人情绪心智、Z世代、职场新人、小镇青年用户洞察； 9、擅长供应商管理、多项目并行、跨部门协同（增长/投放/产品/内容）。
