1、群聊心智建设与内容运营—— 结合Soul群聊场景特征、用户互动需求和内容消费趋势，明确群聊重点内容品类和用户心智，为用户建立并持续强化来群聊互动、建立关系的使用理由； 2、房主运营—— 搭建并完善房主成长体系，策划并落地房主活动、节点活动、定向招募和关系沉淀策略，提升房主建房、互动、留存及关系经营意愿； 3、内容与推荐策略渗透—— 与推荐、产品、数据等团队协作，推动跨场景内容/生产者向群聊场景渗透，提升优质内容和目标生产者进入群聊的效率及转化效果； 4、负责用户活跃与跨场景转化—— 围绕“内容消费-群聊互动-群组沉淀”链路，设计用户活跃玩法、互动机制和转化路径，提升用户进房、互动、回访、关系沉淀等关键指标，并通过数据复盘持续优化运营策略；

1、经验对口：本科及以上学历，3-5 年 C 端内容运营、社区运营、策略运营或增长运营经验，有社交、社区、内容平台、直播/语音房相关经验优先； 2、熟悉创作者、生产者或主播/房主运营，具备招募/分层/激励/活动/成长体系等机制设计和落地经验； 3、具备内容策略或推荐策略协同经验，理解内容分发、用户触达、推荐转化等基础逻辑，能与推荐、产品、数据团队高效协作； 4、用户洞察能力强，熟悉年轻人社交、兴趣社区、语音互动、群聊关系等场景； 5、具备较强项目推进和跨团队协作能力，能独立完成策略拆解、项目落地和复盘迭代等；
