AI 工作流与玩法落地： 将 AI 嵌入人群洞察、选题策划、触达与效果复盘；并能借助 vibe coding 独立完成小型 H5、互动页面等玩法的搭建与上线，缩短从创意到用户可见的链路。

1. 经验对口：本科及以上学历，3–5 年互联网社交/内容平台运营经验，有完整的人群专项或圈层孵化成功案例（校园、女性、低线、区域等均可） 2. 项目推动：能独立定义问题、拆解目标，并主动有效协调产品、数据、市场、审核等跨团队资源推动方案落地，对人群规模、活跃与留存结果负责 3. 懂用户懂痛点：具备极强同理心与用户视角，能进入特定人群的生活语境理解需求与顾虑，并将其转化为具体可执行的解决方案 4. AI 与动手能力：有成型的个人 AI 工作流，熟练使用主流大模型及 AI 内容工具，能独立推进轻量玩法上线。
