1、合作拓展与策略制定：负责品牌异业合作、IP授权合作、资源换量合作等项目的全流程规划、策略制定与机会挖掘； 2、资源整合与商务谈判：独立开拓并维护与各行业头部品牌、知名IP方、明星/艺人团队、渠道场地等的战略合作关系，主导商务谈判并达成合作协议； 3、创意策划与项目执行：基于Soul的平台调性与合作方需求，策划具有高传播度的联合营销活动、线上线下事件或产品共创方案，并推动项目高效落地； 4、效果评估与关系维护：跟踪分析合作项目的市场表现与数据效果，进行复盘与优化；持续深化合作伙伴关系，构建长期稳定的合作生态；

1、经验与资源： 本科及以上学历，5年以上市场、品牌合作、商务拓展相关经验，有大型互联网公司、知名品牌方或4A广告公司背景者优先。必须具备丰富的品牌、渠道、媒体及明星/KOL资源，在快消、时尚、文娱、互联网科技等领域有成功合作案例者尤佳； 2、核心能力： 卓越的商务谈判与资源整合能力：能够独立操盘大型合作项目，具备出色的商业敏感度和成本控制意识。 出色的创意策划与提案能力：能将合作资源转化为有影响力的营销事件，熟悉年轻文化，脑洞大，网感强。 强大的跨部门协作与项目管理能力：能够高效协同产品、运营、设计、法务等多部门，确保项目顺利推进。 3、个人素质： 目标导向，自驱力强，能承受快节奏工作压力，具备出色的沟通表达和人际交往能力。 深度理解Z世代社交文化与Soul“兴趣社交”的社区氛围，对社交产品有热情。

加分项 1、拥有成功的IP跨界合作（如动漫、游戏、影视、文创等）或大型品牌联合 campaign 的完整操盘经验； 2、具备一定的数据分析能力，能通过数据驱动合作策略的优化。
