1. 负责联盟广告及主站广告场景的流量策略算法建设与迭代，包括不限于媒体侧流量质量、流量价值评估、广告匹配策略的算法迭代等，对变现效率与流量健康度负责。 2. 基于海量广告请求链路数据挖掘作弊、低质流量行为，构建特征体系、规则与识别模型，持续提升变现效率。 3. 基于业务约束调优策略与模型，在广告主效果、平台收益、媒体流量体验之间寻找最优平衡点。 4. 负责策略实验设计、指标体系、线上监控与归因复盘，量化每一轮策略带来的业务收益。 5. 和策略产品、后端工程师紧密协作，完成策略方案落地、线上问题定位与长期路线规划。

1. 有联盟广告 / SSP/ADX 流量策略或反作弊算法实战经验，独立上线过规则或模型，能清晰讲清楚策略改动、实验设计、线上业务结果。 2. 统计、机器学习基础扎实，具备良好的数据建模与特征挖掘能力，懂得区分离线指标和真实业务价值。 3. 具备大数据分析与实验开发能力，能和工程团队对齐落地。 4. 熟悉程序化广告交易链路，理解RTB竞价、流量分层、填充、收益相关指标，能独立设计评估与告警方案。 5. 善用 LLM/Agent 工具辅助策略拆解、代码开发、根因诊断，严格遵守数据安全，自主校验输出结论。
