负责 B Soul / 愈见岛 App、小程序及虚拟人后台产品设计与迭代； 负责 AI 陪伴核心体验设计，包括角色、聊天、记忆、亲密度、表情、Skill等功能； 输出产品需求文档、流程图、交互方案、状态逻辑及验收标准； 协同客户端、服务端、AI算法、设备端及测试团队推进版本上线； 1、负责聊天额度、会员权益、成长体系及商业化功能设计； 2、跟进 AI 对话体验优化，包括角色一致性、回复质量、主动陪伴等方向； 3、负责虚拟人后台、人设配置、资源管理、Skill配置等产品能力建设； 4、收集用户反馈和数据表现，分析用户行为并推动体验优化； 5、协助探索角色定制、长记忆、剧情、音色、Skill等增值商业化方向。
