负责社交 / 语音派对场景的创新商业化方向——基于对用户和生态的理解挖掘付费场景 社交和语音派对新的玩法探索（社交游戏化、互动机制、社交形态）、新的 AI 体验探索（AI 陪玩、AIGC互动）、新的付费模式和交互形式探索——方向开放，你来定义什么值得试； 探索大模型、多模态等 AI 能力在商业化场景的落地，设计并推进 AIGC 商品与礼物玩法、AI 关系理解、虚拟人互动等更多商业化互动玩法和场景；验证用户价值与商业化收益 将想法从原型推到真实用户面前，并设计验证计划、搭建数据埋点、分析核心指标、快速迭代； 持续跟踪全球社交、游戏、直播玩法，拆解其玩法机制和商业化逻辑，结合生态和用户理解形成可落地的产品方案

本科及以上学历，1 年以上互联网产品经验，优秀应届生亦可； 在社交 / 游戏 / AIGC至少一个领域有深度积累：了解这个领域的核心玩法机制、商业化链条和用户付费驱动力； 有至少 1 个从想法到验证的完整产品或项目经历 数据驱动：能设计实验、拆解指标、从数据中找到方向； 对有意思的产品保持强烈好奇心，看到好东西会主动研究它为什么成立——不只是「这个很火」，而是能拆解为什么成立 加分项 有语音派对、社交或直播平台的产品经验； 熟悉社交产品的付费机制设计 有 AI 陪伴 / AIGC 工具 / 虚拟人方向经验
