你可能参与的方向： 包括但不限于用户产品、社交产品、商业化产品、策略产品、平台产品等方向。具体岗位将在面试过程中结合候选人特点及业务需要进行沟通

你将参与 1.从用户和业务问题出发，发现需求并形成产品判断； 2.参与用户研究、需求分析、产品方案设计及迭代复盘； 3.与设计、研发、算法、运营等伙伴协作，推动产品方案落地； 4.关注用户反馈和数据表现，持续验证并优化产品体验； 5.主动理解社交场景和用户关系，探索人与人之间更自然、真实的连接方式； 6.在真实业务中承担责任，将想法转化为可验证的产品结果。

我们期待你 1.为2027届毕业生，或毕业后全职工作经验不超过两年； 2.专业不限，对互联网产品、用户体验、社交关系或商业问题有真实兴趣； 3.具备较强的理解、分析和表达能力，能够抓住问题重点并形成自己的判断； 4.保持好奇，愿意理解不同的人、需求和使用场景； 5.有行动力和责任感，能够推动事情向前，并对结果负责； 6.愿意倾听反馈、快速学习，与不同背景的伙伴开放协作； 7.认同用户价值，尊重用户预期，重视用户信任和社区长期健康。
