1. 参与公司H5、小程序、移动端Hybrid业务研发，依托团队AI工作流，协助完成RN跨端及Android、iOS端适配对接工作。 2. 参与基础库、通用组件及业务框架的选型与搭建，持续优化线上业务体验、页面性能与用户交互表现。 3. 参与需求拆解与技术方案落地，严格遵循团队开发规范与迭代节奏，完成页面开发、多端适配联调、性能优化及线上问题修复，保障项目稳定交付。 4. 借助AI工具高效完成开发、调试、文档输出，规范、重构AI生成代码，沉淀可复用组件与技术方案，平衡研发效率与代码质量。

1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上前端相关开发经验，基础扎实，熟练掌握 JS/TS、HTML5、CSS3、ES5/ES6+，了解HTTP协议及浏览器底层原理，具备独立性能优化与问题排查能力。 2. 熟练掌握 React/Vue/Angular 任意一种及以上主流前端技术栈，熟练使用TypeScript，具备H5、小程序、Web中后台及Hybrid跨端业务开发经验。 3. 掌握至少一门服务端语言（NodeJS/PHP/Java/Python/Go等不限），具备前后端协同开发思维。 4. 拥抱AI辅助开发模式，熟练借助AI工具提效研发，具备代码甄别、重构、优化能力，可有效规避代码冗余、不规范等问题，保证代码可维护性。 5. 具备基础库、组件封装及业务框架搭建能力，拥有良好的问题分析、解决能力与闭环意识，可独立推进项目迭代、规范输出技术文档，保障项目交付质量与进度。 6. 积极拥抱技术变化，具备良好的自主学习能力、技术进取心与团队协作意识，沟通顺畅、责任心强、抗压性良好，主动同步项目进度与风险。 7. 拥有Github/个人技术博客、深入研究过主流框架源码、长期深耕跨端业务开发者优先。
