IP活动项目：负责主题活动、节日企划、IP联动及品牌合作项目的策划与运营，围绕用户兴趣打造有参与感和传播力的活动，推动项目从创意、资源整合到上线执行及复盘的全流程落地，有效带动目标人群的活跃转化和心智提升。 3. 圈层与玩法运营： 聚焦重点用户圈层，结合人群特征与社交场景，设计话题、挑战、组队等运营玩法，提升用户参与和互动，促进内容沉淀与关系连接。 4. 数据与用户洞察： 结合数据分析、用户反馈和活动表现，识别用户参与卡点，持续优化触达策略、活动机制与运营供给，沉淀可复制的活跃运营方法。

1. 经验对口： 本科及以上学历，3–5 年互联网社交、内容平台、用户运营或活动运营经验，有 IP 活动、品牌联动或圈层运营案例优先。 2. 项目推动： 能独立完成活动项目从创意、方案、资源协调到上线复盘的完整闭环，具备较强的跨团队协作和项目管理能力。 3. 懂用户懂运营： 对用户活跃、留存和参与机制有较深理解，具备较强的用户洞察、活动策划及玩法设计能力。 4. 趋势与 AI 能力： 对年轻人文化、热门 IP 和内容趋势敏感，熟练使用主流大模型及 AI 工具，能够辅助完成活动策划、内容生产和效果分析。
