1. 策略与洞察驱动 - 制定Soul在抖音、小红书、B站等核心平台的年度Social传播策略，深度结合品牌大Campaign、重点产品上线节点及娱乐营销事件。 - 深挖年轻人情绪与社交趋势，持续产出对Z世代社交行为、情感需求、圈层文化的洞察报告，为内容创意提供底层逻辑与爆发点。 2. 全域内容创意与发酵 - 主导从“策略-创意-执行-发酵”的全链路Social内容产出，包括但不限于：爆款短视频系列、小红书图文/合集、B站特色栏目、热点借势文案、互动H5/组件等。 - 针对重点产品功能，设计轻量化、强互动、易传播的Social玩法，将产品价值点转化为用户可感知、可参与、可分享的体验。 3. 娱乐营销与跨界Social化 - 负责娱乐合作资源（影视、综艺、音乐节等）在Social端的创意转化与二次发酵，策划明星/KOL互动、话题挑战赛、UGC征集、reaction传播等，最大化娱乐资源的长尾声量。 - 挖掘并执行符合Soul调性的品牌跨界联动，策划Social端事件，破圈触达更广泛的年轻人群。 4. 平台生态深耕与效能优化 - 深度掌握各平台内容生态、算法机制、流量运营与投放策略。能够制定并管理Social内容投放计划，与效果团队协同，优化内容投放模型，提升传播效率和投资回报率。 - 建立核心平台的KOL/KOC资源网络，具备快速撬动矩阵传播的能力。 5. 数据复盘与资产沉淀 - 建立Social传播数据监测体系，定期分析内容表现（声量、互动、情感、搜索、转化等），用数据驱动策略迭代与创意优化。 - 沉淀Soul品牌的Social内容方法论、爆款素材库与跨界合作案例库。

【硬性条件】 1. 本科及以上学历，拥有3年以上品牌Social传播、内容营销或新媒体整合运营经验，有社交/内容/泛娱乐行业背景者优先。 2. 必须是深度网生代，对抖音、小红书、B站中至少两个平台的生态、规则、热门内容形式及用户心理有极为深刻的理解和实操经验，有可验证的出圈案例。 3. 出色的内容创造力与网感，能独立输出高质量的短视频脚本、社交文案及视觉创意brief，熟练使用基础剪辑、制图工具辅助表达。 【核心能力】 - 敏锐的年轻洞察与情绪挖掘力：能精准捕捉并定义年轻人的社会情绪、圈层暗语与情感需求，并将其转化为品牌沟通机会。 - 从策略到爆款的闭环能力：兼具宏观策略视野与微观执行匠心，能扛项目，能出爆款，能看数据。 - 平台生态与投放专家：不仅懂内容，更要懂平台的流量逻辑和商业化投放，具备“内容+投放”协同提效的思维与经验。 - 强大的协同力与抗压力：能高效联动内外部多方（产品、设计、商务、代理商、KOL），在快节奏、多线程工作中保持积极与创造力。
