1. 负责新用户、女性用户等重点人群的社交策略承接与优化，通过AB实验、用户行为路径分析与场景化策略运营，提升重点人群的社交匹配成功率与互动深度，优化内容消费与社交匹配关键链路。 2. 主导社交匹配推荐策略的落地与效果迭代，基于用户画像、兴趣标签、社交偏好与实时意图，协同算法与运营团队优化匹配分发机制，提升社交互动频率、匹配精准度与用户关系沉淀。 3. 协助制定精细化社交策略产品方案，优化用户社交网络扩展效率，促进用户建立有效连接与深度互动，推动策略快速落地与迭代。 4. 基于用户行为数据、用户调研与竞品分析进行综合分析，支持业务决策与策略调优。

1. 3-5年左右互联网用户策略、增长策略或社交产品相关经验，熟悉推荐算法或匹配算法策略，有社交、内容社区类产品经验者优先；具备社交匹配优化、用户互动提升或策略执行相关经验。 2. 数据驱动，具备良好的数据分析能力，能独立完成数据提取、分析及可视化呈现，熟练使用SQL者优先。 3. 具备较强的用户洞察能力与同理心，熟悉用户社交心理、匹配需求与内容消费行为，能理解业务目标与用户诉求，并将洞察转化为可落地的社交策略方案。 4. 具备良好的跨团队沟通与协作能力，能高效推进项目执行，通过协同配合达成目标。 5. 对社交产品有热情，工作认真负责，具备创新意识与持续学习的动力。
