1、用户行为维度定义与体系搭建，基于社会学/心理学理论框架，结合站内业务场景，提炼用户全生命周期标签维度； 2、策略规则标签的设计与落地，将抽象的“用户动机/偏好”转化为具体的行为规则逻辑（含行为频次、时序、组合条件等），推动基于行为序列与内容理解的用户画像输出；通过数据分析验证规则准确性并持续迭代； 3、结合用户洞察输出分人群、分场景的标签应用方案，推动标签业务应用；

1、教育背景：国内外知名高校硕士学历，社会学、社会心理学、应用心理学、人类学、传播学等相关专业；修读过定量研究方法课程（社会统计学、心理测量学、问卷设计与分析等），毕业论文或研究项目有数据分析经验，核心能力：能把抽象的用户心理/社会现象拆解为可衡量的行为指标；有结构化思维，能将模糊的用户感觉转化为清晰的维度与判断逻辑； 2、有1-3年内容社区经验或对社交/社区类产品有浓厚兴趣，是至少1-2个社区产品的深度用户，能敏锐感知不同用户群体的行为差异； 3、软性素质：出色的文档撰写与沟通能力，能把复杂的人性洞察写成业务方看得懂的方案；自驱力强，有owner意识；
