1.负责Sou核心业务场景(社交匹配、关系挖掘)的算法策略优化，覆善召回、粗排、精排全链路，持续提升用户体验与业务核心指标。 2.深入探索并落地前沿算法技术，包括但不限于图抻经网络、序列化建模、多任务学习、强化学习等，同时积极引入大模型(LLM)能力(如语义表征、用户兴趣生成、上下文理解)以能推荐与交互场景。 3.具备扎实的败学与编程功底，能够独立完成数据清洗、特征工程、商线实验、线上A/B测试及模型部署全流程:善于通过数据分析发现业务痛点，驱动算法选代方向。 4.结合Sou胜特的社交场景与用户行为数据，设计并开发高可用、可扩展的算法解决方案，推动技术成果高效落始，并持续跟踪线上效果与反馈。

1.计算机、数学、统计或相关专业硕士及以上学历，有广推相关项目经历者优先。 2.熟练笋攞C++/Python/Java中至少一种编程语言，熊悉TensorFlow/PyTorch等深度学习框架，有分布式训练或模型优化经验者优先。 3、对工作充满热情，蛋任心强，具备优秀的团队协作与跨部门沟通能力，能够主动推动项目进展。
