1. 负责大模型在 Soul APP 的全场景业务落地与商业化探索，覆盖 AI 陪伴、聊天助手、AI硬件、语音交互等核心场景，主导技术方案从设计到产品落地的全流程工作。 2. 负责大模型微调、对齐、强化学习、模型蒸馏全流程优化，针对性解决社交对话场景模型幻觉、人设一致性等核心问题，持续优化模型效果，提升用户陪伴体验。

1. 全日制硕士及以上学历，2 年及以上大模型算法相关工作经验。 2. 精通 LLM 预训练、微调全流程技术，熟练掌握大模型对齐、强化学习、模型蒸馏等核心优化策略，可独立完成模型训练调优全流程；熟练使用 PyTorch，3. 具备 DeepSpeed/Megatron 等框架的分布式训练实操经验，能解决社交场景模型核心体验问题。 4. 精通 RAG 检索增强生成全链路技术，可独立完成知识库构建、向量检索、召回排序、Prompt 工程全流程优化；具备 AI 虚拟人长时记忆、人设记忆、对话上下文记忆体系的设计与落地经验，能通过记忆机制优化虚拟陪伴的共情体验。 5. 掌握大模型全流程数据处理方法论，可独立完成社交场景语料清洗、优化数据集构建；能设计贴合业务的模型全链路评估体系，基于结果定位缺陷并落地优化方案，持续提升模型业务表现。 6. 具备优秀的业务理解与产品思维，能共情社交用户需求，可完成大模型产品化方案设计与推理优化，有 AI 技术业务落地与商业化探索经验。 加分项 1. 掌握多模态大模型技术者优先 2. 有社交产品、AI 虚拟陪伴、对话系统相关落地经验者优先 3. 有记忆/RAG相关项目深度落地经验者优先
