1. 对联盟广告业务的核心收入指标负责，承担营收目标并进行指标拆解与落地。 2. 上游侧：对接和管理程序化广告预算及直客开户预算，维护与 DSP 方的合作关系，持续拓展优质预算来源。 3. 下游侧：对接中小 APP、三方联盟、手机厂商 ADX 等流量源，进行流量质量分析、价值评估和分层管理。 4. 负责上下游的匹配优化——根据广告主预算特征与流量属性进行精细化匹配，提升整体变现效率。 5. 搭建运营数据监控体系，及时发现异常波动并推动问题定位和解决。 6. 向上游交付投放效果，向下游提供变现优化建议，实现双向价值提升。 7. 与产品经理和技术团队协作，将运营中发现的问题和需求转化为产品与系统优化方向。

1. 5-8 年互联网广告运营经验，有联盟广告、SSP 运营、流量变现或程序化广告运营经历者优先。 2. 有明确的结果导向意识，具备独立承担收入指标并拆解落地的能力。 3. 熟悉广告联盟的业务链路，理解上游预算结构与下游流量变现的核心逻辑。 4. 具备较强的数据分析能力，能从数据中发现优化空间并驱动执行。 5. 有与中小 APP 开发者、厂商 ADX、三方联盟等多类型合作伙伴的对接经验者加分。 6. 沟通能力强，能同时管理上下游多方关系。
