1、本科以上学历，3年及以上C端产品工作经验； 2、具备良好的用户和生态理解能力， 清晰缜密的逻辑思维能力，较强的数据分析能力； 4、有流量调度类策略、转化和效率评估的经验优先； 5、有策略落地经验，与算法推荐团队有过合作经验的优先； 6、有社交产品、商业化经验者优先。
