1、负责Soul App社交匹配业务的流量策略、及部分功能迭代，为商业化指标负责； 2、能够独立负责建立及迭代流量机制的策略框架和价值评估体系，推进策略的持续迭代，对指标结果负责； 3、对用户行为数据进行分析，迭代匹配策略模型，不断提升匹配流量变现效率； 4、持续迭代产品功能，包括但不限于新增付费权益、迭代付费功能、分群营收策略、生命周期策略等； 5、持续分析用户反馈和产品数据，改善使用体验，提升用户功能体验和留存；

1、本科以上学历，3年及以上C端产品工作经验； 2、有流量策略、转化和效率评估的经验优先； 3、具备清晰缜密的逻辑思维能力，较强的数据分析能力； 4、具有良好的协作能力，善于沟通及协调； 5、有策略落地的经验，与算法推荐团队有过合作经验的优先； 6、有社交产品、商业化经验者优先； 7、具备良好的 AI 工具应用意识，可熟练使用 AI工具：能熟练使用 AI 分析用户反馈、提炼核心痛点，并利用 AI生成及优化 PRD 与产品方案； 能利用AI 工具分析进行业务逻辑拆解及数据解读。
