本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业优先。 具备 3 年及以上软件测试或测试开发经验，有中后台系统、平台型产品或复杂业务系统测试经验。有用户视角。 1. 熟悉 HTTP、数据库、缓存、消息队列、微服务等常见技术，能够独立分析接口日志和业务数据。 2. 至少掌握 Python、Java 或 Go 中的一种语言，具备测试工具、脚本或自动化框架开发能力。 3. 对大模型、Prompt、Agent、RAG、知识库等 AI 应用技术有一定理解，并愿意持续学习和实践。 4. 具备较强的业务理解、问题分析和跨团队协作能力，能够与产品、研发共同推动需求落地。 5. 责任心强，能够主动识别风险、推动问题解决，并对交付质量负责。"
