1. 负责 Voice Agent 系统设计与开发，完成语音识别、大模型和语音生成等能力的实时协同。 2. 建设对话与会话管理能力，包括轮次控制、用户打断、上下文管理、工具调用和异常兜底。 3. 完成知识库及业务工具接入，沉淀可复用的 Agent 组件与场景方案。 4. 建设对外 API、SDK 及配套文档，支持产品集成、客户验证和生产交付。 5. 持续优化系统延迟、并发、稳定性、可观测性和运行成本。 6. 建立 Agent 评测与数据反馈机制，结合真实使用情况持续改进体验和任务效果。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业，3 年及以上相关开发经验。 2. 熟练掌握 Python，具备良好的异步编程、网络通信、系统设计和工程实现能力。 3. 熟悉大模型应用开发，理解工具调用、RAG、工作流及上下文管理等常见技术。 4. 了解实时语音或流式交互链路，熟悉 WebSocket、WebRTC/RTC 等相关技术中的一种或多种。 5. 具备性能优化、问题定位和生产系统稳定性意识，能够独立推动复杂问题闭环。 6. 具备良好的产品意识和协作能力，能够理解业务需求并将其转化为可落地的技术方案。 加分项 1. 有 Voice Agent、智能语音客服或实时对话产品的生产落地经验。 2. 有电话系统、RTC、流式音频处理或弱网优化经验。 3. 有企业知识库、业务系统或第三方工具集成经验。 4. 有 Agent 评测、日志分析、稳定性或性能优化经验。 5. 有从 0 到 1 建设 Agent 产品或行业解决方案的经验。
