Over de Functie Als Consultant Maintenance Planning werk je op het snijvlak van gebouwenbeheer en technologie. Je helpt organisaties hun onderhoudsstrategie te versterken met behulp van data en digitale oplossingen.

Je maakt deel uit van een internationale SaaS-omgeving waarin samenwerking en innovatie centraal staan, en draagt bij aan het toekomstbestendig maken van gebouwen en processen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je begeleidt klanten bij het optimaal gebruik van de Spacewell-software, met focus op onderhoudsplanning (Maintenance Planning en O-Prognose) en onze maintenance oplossing Asset.
  • Je adviseert klanten over hun onderhoudsprocessen en vertaalt behoeften naar praktische softwareoplossingen.
  • Je geeft trainingen en biedt tweedelijns support bij complexere vragen.
  • Je werkt samen met interne teams om de dienstverlening en het product continu te verbeteren.
  • Je stimuleert de groei van Spacewell door nieuwe kansen bij (potentiële) klanten te signaleren en te benutten.

Wie ben jij

  • Je hebt MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met IT, zowel met hardware als met software.
  • Je hebt ervaring met vastgoedonderhoud en SaaS-software en voelt je thuis in een digitale werkomgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Vastgoedonderhoud en affiniteit met Assetmanagement en Compliance.
  • Je hebt ervaring met NEN2767 en eventueel BOEI.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en weet complexe materie helder uit te leggen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en bouwt graag duurzame relaties met klanten en collega’s op.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en professioneel vaardig Engels.
  • Je bent bereid om naar klanten te reizen.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
