Sales Assistant (Full Time)

SPAR 338 Howth Road (Top Oil Service Station) is currently recruiting a Full-Time Sales Assistant to join our team.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Main Purpose of Position:

To work efficiently and effectively within the store, maintaining high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and product quality, ensuring an excellent shopping experience for all customers.

  • Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential
  • A positive attitude with excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and use your own initiative
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible approach to work
  • Good judgement and decision-making skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of food hygiene would be an advantage
