Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas; Vivência sólida em gerenciamento de projetos de grande porte e multidisciplinares;Conhecimento em metodologias de gerenciamento de projetos (PMBOK, abordagens preditivas, ágeis e híbridas).Diferencial:Vivência em indústria, com conhecimento em gestão orçamentária, análise de viabilidade econômica e indicadores financeiros; Conhecimento em ferramentas de gerenciamento de projetos e portfólio, como Microsoft Project, Monday.com, SE Suite (SoftExpert), Primavera P6, Jira ou similares;Certificações em gerenciamento de projetos, como PMP, CAPM, PMO-CP ou equivalentes;Conhecimento em metodologias de melhoria contínua, como Lean, Six Sigma, TPM e PDCA;Conhecimento em mapeamento de processos.
