  • Du leitest SAP-R/3-zu-S/4HANA-Transformationen sowie SAP S/4HANA Private und idealerweise Public Cloud-Projekte ganzheitlich
  • Du steuerst Greenfield-, Bluefield- und Brownfield-Projekte passend zur Kundenstrategie
  • Du verantwortest Projektumfang, Budget, Zeit, Qualität und Risikomanagement und setzt klare Prioritäten
  • Du führst interdisziplinäre Projektteams und externe Dienstleister und sorgst für eine zielgerichtete Zusammenarbeit
  • Du berätst Fachbereiche und Management zu Transformationsstrategien, Roadmaps und Best Practices und entwickelst gemeinsam passende Vorgehensweisen
  • Du koordinierst Cutover, Go-Live und Hypercare und bleibst auch in komplexen Projektsituationen handlungsfähig
  • Du kommunizierst klar und adressatengerecht, führst unterschiedliche Interessen zusammen und sorgst für tragfähige Entscheidungen

Der Job ist der Jobrolle Project Management im Level F4 zugeordnet.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von SAP-Projekten, insbesondere bei S/4HANA-Transformationen
  • Du kennst R/3-zu-S/4HANA-Migrationen sowie SAP S/4HANA Private und idealerweise Public Cloud
  • Du bringst idealerweise fundiertes SAP-Modulwissen mit, z B in FI/CO, MM, SD, PP oder Logistik
  • Du bist erfahren mit SAP Activate, ASAP oder vergleichbaren klassischen, hybriden und agilen Projektmethoden
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung, arbeitest strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und gehst Herausforderungen aktiv an
  • Du kommunizierst souverän auf Deutsch und Englisch, arbeitest verbindlich mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern zusammen und stellst den Kundenerfolg in den Mittelpunkt
