  • Du analysierst IT-Infrastrukturen, Applikationsumgebungen und Sicherheitsprozesse und entwickelst daraus individuelle Sicherheitskonzepte mit nachhaltigem Mehrwert
  • Du berätst Kunden zu IT-Sicherheitslösungen, Standards und Richtlinien und entwickelst gemeinsam mit ihnen passende Lösungen für komplexe Umgebungen
  • Du führst Risikoanalysen und Bewertungen technischer Maßnahmen durch und begleitest Audits, Penetrationstests und Zertifizierungen wie ISO 27001, BSI-Grundschutz und NIS2
  • Du bewertest sicherheitsrelevante Ereignisse aus SIEM-, Log- und Vulnerability-Daten und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab
  • Du berätst zu Netzwerksicherheit, Cloud Security, IAM und SOC/SIEM und unterstützt die Automatisierung technischer Standardprozesse
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen, machst komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich und führst auch bei unterschiedlichen Interessen zu tragfähigen Lösungen
  • Du erstellst Dokumentationen wie Betriebshandbücher, Incident-Reports und Maßnahmenpläne und arbeitest eng mit Kunden und Teams an der nachhaltigen Verbesserung der Sicherheitslage

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung in der IT-Security-Beratung, idealerweise mit direktem Kundenkontakt im Enterprise-Umfeld
  • Du verstehst komplexe technische Zusammenhänge und kannst sie adressatengerecht und überzeugend vermitteln – insbesondere zu Netzwerksicherheit, Cloud Security (Azure, AWS) und ISMS
  • Du kennst relevante Standards und Frameworks wie BSI-Grundschutz, ITIL, ISO 27001 und NIST Zertifizierungen wie CISSP, CCSP, CISM, OSCP oder ISO 27001 Lead Implementer sind ein Plus
  • Du analysierst Anforderungen und Risiken strukturiert, bewertest technische Maßnahmen und entwickelst eigenverantwortlich passende Lösungskonzepte
  • Du bleibst auch in komplexen oder dynamischen Situationen handlungsfähig, setzt Prioritäten und leitest pragmatische Lösungen ab
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch und zukunftsorientiert, erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale und bringst neue Ansätze für Kunden und interne Teams ein
  • Du arbeitest teamorientiert, handelst kundenorientiert und kommunizierst sehr sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch – in Wort und Schrift
