Deine Aufgaben

Als Teamlead Storage & Backup übernimmst du die Verantwortung für ein spezialisiertes Team von 13 Personen, das hochverfügbare Storage- und Backup-Umgebungen plant, betreibt und weiterentwickelt. Du führst dein Team disziplinarisch, steuerst Auslastung, Qualität und Prozesse und bringst dich selbst operativ wie auch architektonisch aktiv ein.

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des 13-köpfigen Storage- & Backup-Teams
  • Planung, Architektur, Implementierung und Betrieb moderner Storage-Landschaften (Fokus: NetApp)
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Releasewechsel von Storage-Systemen
  • Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs inkl. HA-Umgebungen, Metrocluster und SAN (Brocade, Cisco MDS)
  • Technische Unterstützung bei Angeboten, Ausschreibungen und Eskalationen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen und Betriebshandbüchern
  • Optimierung von Abläufen sowie aktive Weiterentwicklung des Storage- und Backup-Portfolios

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbar; idealerweise zusätzliche Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Storage-/Backup-Umfeld, sicher im Umgang mit NetApp
  • Kenntnisse in SAN-Technologien sowie File- und Block-Protokollen (SMB/NFS, iSCSI, FC)
  • Erfahrung mit Shared Infrastrukturen oder Cloud-Setups von Vorteil
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder klare Bereitschaft, ein kleines Team disziplinarisch zu führen
  • Kommunikationsstark in Deutsch und Englisch, souverän in Kunden- und Eskalationssituationen
