Als Operations Process Manager (d/w/m) bei SpotmyEnergy wirst Du Teil eines energiegeladenen Teams, das die Energiewende in die Haushalte bringt! Bei uns übernimmst Du unsere operativen Kernprozesse von Anfang an – Du denkst sie durch, baust sie auf und sorgst dafür, dass sie im Tagesgeschäft auch wirklich funktionieren. Unser Produkt macht smarte Energie für die breite Masse zugänglich, doch damit das im Alltag reibungslos klappt, braucht es ein solides operatives Fundament dahinter. Genau das baust Du mit auf.

Konzepte allein reichen Dir dabei nicht: Du willst sehen, dass die Dinge am Ende auch laufen. Ob Logistik, Supply Chain, Technikerdisposition oder Billing – Du durchleuchtest bestehende Abläufe, erkennst wo es hakt, und sorgst dafür, dass es rund läuft. Dafür bekommst Du viel Verantwortung und echten Freiraum, um ein skalierbares, datenbasiertes Fundament zu schaffen, auf das sich unser operatives Geschäft langfristig verlassen kann.

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten

  • End-to-end-Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung unserer operativen Kernprozesse — von Konzeption bis Umsetzung im Tagesgeschäft
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer Systemlandschaft (u.a. ERP) für konsistente Daten- und Bestandsstrukturen und saubere Schnittstellen zu externen Partnern
  • Automatisierung unserer Prozesse auch durch AI und Agents
  • Aufbau eines KPI- und Reporting-Frameworks für Operations, inkl. Kostencontrolling der Dienstleister
  • Eigenständige Umsetzung operativer Projekte - Prozessoptimierungen, Systemintegrationen, strukturelle Themen, auch wenn es kleinteilig und langwierig wird
  • Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in umsetzbare Lösungen, gemeinsam mit dem Tech-Team

Dein Profil

  • Bereits erste Berufserfahrung in einem prozessnahen Umfeld, idealerweise mit ersten Erfolgen bei der Optimierung von Abläufen
  • Beratungserfahrung oder ein Hintergrund im Startup-/Scale-up-Umfeld sind ein Plus
  • Umsetzungsstark statt konzeptverliebt – wichtig ist, dass Dinge am Ende auch wirklich laufen
  • Interesse an einer operativen Rolle mit klarer Prozessverantwortung, ohne direkt Teamführung
  • Technikaffin, offen für AI, kein eigenes Coding – dafür ein gutes Gespür für die Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich und Tech
  • Fit in Excel & Co., von Modellierung bis Forecasting
  • Strukturiert und pragmatisch, mit Blick fürs Ergebnis
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1-C2)
  • Regelmäßige Präsenz im Kölner Office
