Bei Deinem Praktikum Growth (d/w/m) bei SpotmyEnergy wirst Du Teil eines energiegeladenen Teams, das die Energiewende in die Haushalte bringt! Bei uns skalierst Du direkt mit an unserem B2C-Go-to-Market, der gerade mit über 100% MoM wächst – Du sorgst mit dafür, dass unsere Prozesse entlang des Funnels genauso schnell mitwachsen wie unser Lead-Volumen. Du bist Teil eines kleinen, fokussierten Teams mit allen Ressourcen, um den Vertriebskanal zu skalieren, und übernimmst dabei direkt selbst Verantwortung.

Du hältst das operative Tagesgeschäft rund um die Kundenübergabe sauber am Laufen, sodass Kunden, die bei uns einen Vertrag abschließen, zuverlässig bei der Installationsplanung landen. Darüber hinaus übernimmst Du eigene Projekte entlang des Funnels, damit unser Vertrieb mitwachsen kann, wenn wir in kurzer Zeit von 3 auf 10 Sales Reps skalieren.

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Betreuung der Kundenübergabe zwischen Vertragsabschluss und Installation – inklusive Sichtung von Kundeninformationen, Einholen von Wechselinformationen und laufender Verbesserung der dahinterliegenden CRM-Prozesse
  • Sicherstellen, dass jede Information zum richtigen Zeitpunkt an der richtigen Stelle liegt, sodass Kunden nie das Gefühl haben, dass etwas hängt
  • Übernahme eigener Projekte von Anfang an, statt reiner Zuarbeit – aktuell zum Beispiel die Erhöhung der Reach-Rate durch den Einsatz von AI-Calling-Tools, von der Auswahl bis zum Rollout
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten mit spürbarem Impact und klaren KPIs, an denen der eigene Erfolg messbar wird

Dein Profil

  • Immatrikuliert, der Studiengang selbst spielt kaum eine Rolle – entscheidend ist die Art zu denken und zu arbeiten
  • Mindestens 3 Monate Zeit, idealerweise 6
  • Fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1) und Wohnsitz in Berlin, da tägliche Präsenz im Office dazugehört
  • Erste Erfahrung im Startup, in der Beratung oder einem ähnlich schnellen Umfeld
  • Ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen – nicht nur reporten, sondern daraus auch wirklich Entscheidungen ableiten
  • Verlässlichkeit im Tagesgeschäft, auch wenn's mal repetitiv wird – etwa die Hälfte der Zeit geht in operative Aufgaben, die andere Hälfte in eigene Projekte mit echter Verantwortung
  • Eigenständiges Arbeiten, bei dem Dinge auch zu Ende gebracht werden, ohne dass jemand hinterherlaufen muss
  • Lust, dazuzulernen und mit anzupacken, und der Mut, nachzufragen, wenn etwas unklar ist
