¿En qué consiste el 1 Year Program?

Buscamos personas con ganas de aprender, aportar y crecer, y para ello hemos diseñado un programa de prácticas remuneradas que combina formación, acompañamiento y una experiencia 360º. Formarás parte del equipo de mantenimiento de Instalaciones Automatizadas, participando activamente en el correcto funcionamiento de sistemas clave como transelevadores, transportadores de cinta y rodillo, PLC, servomotores y variadores de frecuencia, así como sistemas eléctricos, electrónicos y neumáticos.

Desde el primer día aprenderás junto a profesionales expertos/as del sector y contribuirás a garantizar la continuidad operativa del centro logístico.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento del mantenimiento preventivo según el uso de la maquinaria.
  • Intervenir ante averías, detectar su origen y realizar diagnósticos técnicos, documentando cada orden de trabajo.
  • Reportar incidencias, soluciones y propuestas de mejora por turno.
  • Documentar todas las órdenes de trabajo y participar en el seguimiento de acciones correctivas.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Estudios de Formación Profesional Grado Superior en Electricidad o electrónica, mantenimiento, electrónica industrial o similar.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos de mañana y tarde.
  • Vehículo propio para acudir a nuestras instalaciones.
  • Disponibilidad para incorporarte a partir de enero/febrero.
  • Actitud proactiva, ganas de aprender y pasión por la automatización y la tecnología.
