De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:

  • Je leidt en coördineert twee teams van 7 FTE's, waarbij je voorzit in vergaderingen en besluitvorming
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van opleidingsplannen en evaluatiegesprekken gericht op medewerkerontwikkeling
  • Je streeft naar procesverbeteringen en automatisaties, en voert deze structureel door voor optimale efficiëntie
  • Je monitor de evolutie van de medewerkers en bijstuur indien nodig voor betere resultaten
  • Je communiceert effectief met interne en externe partijen en zorgt voor heldere rapporteringen
  • Je neemt initiatief in structurele oplossingen en ondersteunt de directie in strategische beslissingen

De vereiste kwalificaties zijn:

  • Je beschikt over minimaal een bachelor in logistiek management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je bent een organisatietalent met zin voor initiatief en een sterk gevoel voor procesopvolging
  • Je hebt beheer over MS Office, vooral MS Excel en hebt een goede helikopterview
  • Je beschikt over ervaring in het sturen en bijsturen van doelgerichte teams
  • Je hebt goede kennis van Engels, en Frans is een pluspunt
  • Je bent assertief, verantwoordelijk en gericht op het behalen van resultaten
