St. Ann’s Community is currently looking for a per diem consultant for our St. Ann's Management Company (SAMCI).

St. Ann’s Community Offers:

Job Description:

Configure, design, and maintain EMR forms, templates, and workflows to meet program, provider, and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement billing procedure configurations within the EMR to ensure accurate coding, charge capture, and payer compliance. Set up and customize program-specific modules, documentation tools, and reporting functions in alignment with organizational needs. Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and billing teams to identify workflow gaps and optimize EMR functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve EMR-related configuration issues to minimize disruptions in service delivery and billing. Maintain documentation of system builds, configurations, and updates for reference and audit purposes. Assist in system testing, upgrades, and rollouts to ensure accuracy, usability, and compliance. Train staff on newly developed forms, templates, and processes to support adoption and effective use of the EMR system. Monitor EMR performance and proactively recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy across departments. Ensure configurations align with HIPAA, federal, state, and payer regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in health information management or related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with EMR/EHR Knowledge of medical billing procedures, coding standards, payer requirements and compliance.
